The Iris Nebula (NGC7023)
NGC7023 is a fairly bright and interesting shaped reflection nebula being illuminated by the bright central 7th magnitude star. This object is located in the constellation Cepheus and is embedded in a dark dust lane seen here obscuring background stars. |
